FAQs

Most orders placed before 1:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched the same day, subject to stock availability and any security checks. If your item is out of stock you will be advised asap.

Orders placed after 1:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

We dispatch orders normally on regular working days throughout the festive season.

During times of peak seasonal demand (for example Valentine's Day, Father's Day, but especially Christmas) there may be a slight delay in the dispatch of your order, so please check our homepage for details and allow extra time for delivery.

Please allow a couple of extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland.

Please note we cannot deliver orders to PO Box addresses.
At Meechs we aim to provide our customers with a fast and efficient delivery service for UK and International orders. We try to dispatch orders as quickly as possible, normally the same day if the order is received before 1.00pm. If your item is out of stock you will be advised by phone or email.

The Price of Royal Mail Special Delivery is worked out by our checkout based on your package weight.
* For Next Day delivery, orders must be placed by 1pm Monday to Friday. Orders made after 1pm on a Friday will not be dispatched until Monday.
Next Day delivery is not available to the following postcodes.
AB31, AB33-45, AB 51-56, HS 1-9, IV 1-28, IV 30-32, IV 36, IV 40-49, IV 51-56, IV 63, KA 27-28, KW 1-17, PA 20-38, PA 41-49, PA 60-78 , PH 19-26, PH 30-44, PH 49-50, TR 21-25, ZE 1-3, All BT, All GY, All JE, All IM.
Orders to the above postcodes will take 48hrs (a signature will be required upon receipt of your parcel).
DPD Local orders to Offshore UK Islands, Scottish Highlands & Northern Ireland isn’t available and a alternative Courier will be used.
 
Delivery Instructions
During the checkout process there is a special section in Shipping and Handling which allows you to leave a delivery instruction e.g. "if out leave with a neighbour". Please note this service is also available on telephone orders; please ensure that the request is made to the sales advisor.
Missed Delivery
If there is no one present to take delivery of the goods Royal Mail or DPD Local will either leave an attempted delivery card or they will try to deliver to a neighbour if possible. This card will contain the information of what delivery office you can pick your parcel up from (make sure you take one form of identification with you) and the details to arrange a re-delivery if more convenient.
DPD Local Next Day - 1 Hour Delivery Window
Once you have received an email confirmation to say your order has been dispatched, you will be sent an e-mail indicating a '1 hour' delivery slot the day your order is due to be delivered. International Delivery

We offer International Standard Air Mail for orders upto 2kg taking 3 - 5 working days to Europe and 5 - 7 working days to the rest of the world.
We also offer International Tracked for added peace of mind for orders upto 2kg taking 3 - 5 working days to Europe and 5 - 7 working days for the rest of the world.

Our Checkout will work out the cost of shipping depending on what Country you are in and the weight of the product(s) you are ordering. For very large orders please contact us first and we will advise you the cost using a courier service like DHL or Fedex.

All current customers who sign up for a new account on the new website will be credited with loyalty points they have already earned on the defunct website. These points will be transferred to the new loyalty program within 48 hours of creating your new account for your convenience.

Due to UK regulations we cannot transfer customer accounts automatically from the old webpage to the new site, but we do encourage you to take advantage of a fresh new start and an enhanced loyalty program.

Your safety is guaranteed because Meechs.co.uk uses the latest security measures to protect your details when you shop with us. We use 128-bit SSL Software to encrypt your credit/debit card information when you place an order on our secure server, which means that only we are able to decrypt the information in order to process your transaction.

In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card for a purchase at Meechs.co.uk, most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges or may limit your liability to just £50.00. If your bank or card issuer holds you liable, Meechs.co.uk will cover your liability up to £50.00 provided that the unauthorised use of your credit or debit card resulted through no fault of your own.

Please note that while we display the approximate US Dollars and Euro amounts for products featured on the Meechs website, when you pay with a credit card you will be charged in Pounds Sterling and your credit card will be debited in your own currency. The actual exchange rate used for the transaction (and thus the final amount in your local currency) will be determined by your credit card company.

Postage Costs are calculated automatically and displayed at the top of the order form when you select the destination country.

All orders delivered to international addresses are usually delivered using Airmail and our international courier partners. You can expect to receive your items within 3-14 working days after you have placed your order, depending on which country you are ordering from.

We accept orders to all BFPO addresses. There are some restrictions regarding which products can be sent but we will contact you if your order is affected by this. For delivery times please refer to BFPO website.

We welcome all feedback about our service and we aim to deal with any problems or difficulties experienced by our customers both quickly and fairly.

We have a simple but comprehensive returns and refunds policy which means that most queries can be resolved quickly and easily over the phone. For issues that cannot be resolved immediately we will respond within 3 Working Days either resolving your complaint or with an expected timescale for resolution of the issue.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds are easy as part of our total customer service. We believe that you will be delighted with your product but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. If for any reason you are unhappy with a product or need a different garment size or colour, you are welcome to return it for an exchange or refund within our returns policy. This allows you to purchase goods in complete confidence.

Unwanted Christmas presents? Worried that you're not going to able to send stuff back after Christmas? Worry not.


If you purchase something from our site and the recipient doesn't have the taste to realise a) how great both you and your present are or b) the possible benefits of owning more that one of it/them, then you can send the product back to us for a refund as long as the product is unopened and in perfect condition*. You must advise our customer service team and we must receive it back in our warehouse before the end of January. Recipients can send their gifts back directly and we can offer them a Meechs.co.uk gift voucher matching the value of the initial purchase. This does not affect your statutory right to cancel.

*perfect condition means just that.
